I think it would be interesting to have a series about Trout.. she seems to have had a lot of unsavory (?) experiences, somewhat typical of a life in a trailer park.
There is a reason for that: both smells have their origins in the presence of volatile fatty acids. Fun fact: some have speculated that these acids in low quantities act as a human pheromone.

Worked at a deli/gourmet food shop. We had a big wheel of aged Parmesan stunk to high heaven, but tasted amazingly good….hold the dishwater.
