If your hand is still hurting, rest it. Or at least do what those folks in OT and PT tell you to do! Healthy hand=pain free strips=smiles on your fans faces!!

Have a flashback episode and rerun the first 2 or 3 weeks of strips until you heal.

Believe you me, we won’t mind.

Given enough time your hand will heal by itself. Try not doing the thing that causes pain.
