I’m told whether you like cilantro or not is a genetic trait to some people cilantro taste like soap. My Portuguese mother cooked with cilantro and I was 20 before I knew beef stew wasn’t suppose to smell like cilantro.

It’s an acquired taste

My husband hates cilantro as well. I on the other hand love it!

And yet I love coriander.

Love cilantro. But bell peppers are an abomination.
