Since most cats do a lot of napping, it helps to get work done while they are asleep. I get uninterrupted knitting time in mid to late morning when the floor sunbeams are especially tempting to nap bound kits.
I see what you did there Amanda :-) You snuck a meatball or two from the dish when Danny wasn’t looking so the cats could have them and keep you from working on your glorious artwork… Am I right?

Meatballs can be a bit too spicy for cats. A warm lap is always high priority.
