Picaresque! I meant picaresque!
Went to the National Art Museum in DC, once. Asked where the velvet paintings of Elvis and the paintings of dogs playing poker on the train were located. Was ever so politely asked to leave. Like I say, I visited the NAM, “once”…..
Well, the sculpture in the next gallery could be described as statuesque.
Maybe he should have said picturelike.
and here he was hoping for a picture perfect date…
