@AffieYes you would drive me crazy, if I were driving behind you. Come to think of it, maybe I have. Have you ever been to Florida ? Thousands of drivers there, think going below the speed limit , is the only way to drive, – and usually in the passing lane, with their turn signal on ! We call that Highway Mopery !
@beviekBev, I understand and glad you made it safe and sound. Nothing is more disconcerting than trying to drive on a highway in a heavy storm with virtually no visibility. Unfortunately, many accidents ( as Veteran will tell you ) are caused by people slowing way down and then being rear-ended by another driver who can’t . I always put on the emergency flashers ( not necessarily recommended by some experts ) so that, hopefully, the driver behind me would see me and slow down a bit. Once out of the storm, I’d immediately turn them off.

One of our TV channels is replaying their whole parade coverage Saturday, so I think I’ll watch it. After all, I was AT the dang thing, so I missed it!
Hi Cappers. I stayed in the hotel all day today and my Mum, Auntie and Auntie’s friend went to Leeds Market. Tomorrow I’m coming back home but spending a couple of hours in Harrogate first. I had a fantastic time but just wish I wasn’t tired through most of it. I will be commenting properly tomorrow.
I hooked up amber flashers when I put the brakes on while on my Harley. People see amber flashers, as long as they flash(and you have a red solid light) it is legal.(many city busses also do this. The only thing more noticable in in the US is blue, but that is not legal for citizens to use.
