With Chalkie’s reference to the dock I would assume that Andy is soaked with salt water.

I am guessing that, since Andy is usually portrayed as Cis-Male, that the “Sailor’s Arms” is a pub, and not, like, “the arms of a Sailorman.” Not that it would be morally wrong, but Flo might be surprised.
