Arlo looks at his watch as he rapidly walks outside. He has his suit on and carries his briefcase. Arlo slows down. Arlo looks at the flowers and a bird near him. Arlo is resting under a tree, his jacket and tie off. He thinks, "Sometimes, the day seizes you."
This reminds me of the time when a pair of roadrunners doing a mating ritual on the split-rail fence in front of (behind?) my driveway made me over 1/2 hour late for work. I decided watching the two birds strut and flip was way more important than any job. Didn’t lost the job and nearly 35 years later still remember the avian show.
