Mary Lou: Everything authentic! We won't serve beef tips and call it beef bourguignon! Gene: They're pretty much the same! Gene: And what color will the curtains be? Mary Lou: I don't know! That's why I want to go to Paris!
I tend to agree. And, I am wondering why it wouldn’t be safer and easier to keep running the original restaurant and revamp it instead?
