Many years ago my mother had 3 Christmas bank saving accounts. One for the house taxes, one for the cabin taxes, and the last for Christmas gifts. Once the money was put in, you could not take it out at all, until sometime in Nov. when the bank would release it. This way, the taxes and Xmas was taken care of. Iāve no idea if banks do that now days, but Mr. does it here at home for us.
