“Never a dry moment” usually means “never a boring moment.”
To be fair, though, I wouldn’t call plumbing disasters and spit-up “boring.” They’re not fun, but certainly not boring.

What is it with this family and overflowing toilets? It seems like it does that every few weeks. They should have the plumbing look at.
