Men did not know what to do with an extra day, So the girls are taking advantage.

I thought they could only chase the guys on February 29th.

Having met Sadie, I can understand how that “tradition” came about.

The rest of the year they will be chased / chaste…

Yeah, they leap all year from behind a rock to klobber us!

Ah yes, Sadie Hawkins Day, when Li’l Abner gets real nervous…

We got married on Sadie Hawkins day, and that was 52 years ago.

Then the guys would know how they rate, since the girls would all be chasing the good looking ones!

……….or the ones with the most clams!
