Had to think about the bird story for a minute, then recalled it was in ‘Giant Days’ where that happened.

Use them starting from the outside in. First utensil should be the salad fork. Butter knife should be on your bread plate. You might have to double up on the fish fork for use during the main course as well as the fish knife, but if you still have difficulties always follow your hostess. For dessert tonight I have a tiramisu planned. Matcha instead of coffee. MMMMM OISHII
