Gracie: Are you ready for your jogging workout? Dad: What? No! Dad: I'm ready for my dinner workout. Tia Carmen: I've got arroz con pollo, tamales and my lengua casserole!
While I have never had tongue in a casserole, I have had beef tongue boiled, sliced, and pickled. It is all good so I don’t quite understand why it should be such a problem.
