Before today I had no idea that ear candles are a thing, let alone that their use is at best an old-wives’ tale and at worst a fraud.

I’ve never heard of this. Guess I better google it.

Definitely dangerous and one of the worst self-care ideas ever!

I didn’t believe. I checked. You can buy them. MAYO Clinic says they can be harmful and do not work to clear out ear wax…..

What’re you gonna do about it, Carmen? File a tribunal in a small claims court of law?

This just shows they are allowed to sell stuff to purposely hurt you. Let the buyer beware.

I had never heard of this either, and googled it. You’ve got to be kidding!

I hope this arc continues over the next few days, with Baldo helping Tia Carmen do a little online research so she can learn what nonsense this is.
