Just went back and checked Cleo and Company from the 28th. I’m surprised no one mentioned Peter Lorre/Mr. IOUS. Of course, I just noticed it myself! :-D

I wonder if Miss Behave had a crush on Sam Basset a long time ago and he didn’t notice her. This might be her way of getting back at him.
