He’s a regular Harrison Bergeron.
Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter – and Spring again…

Scooter: “And to think I get in trouble for ruining the lawn”.
Good morning Balladeers, (((((Plods))))) and Miss Susan.

Thad simply needs to have the lawn mower repaired as his wife suggested!
Scooter does not want his block moved — hence Thad’s double tourniquets.
Don’t ‘mind’ him Scooter, he’ll soon ‘mind’ his ways!!!
Why is the rope tied to his leg? Of course, does there need to be a reason in this alternate reality? Maybe not.
That which does not kill you, makes you stronger

Sic’m Scooter!
Scooter is about to give Thad an impediment that it’ll be very difficult to overcome.
