I my experience, morning people usually commit the great sin of expecting everyone they deal with to become just like them. They schedule very early meetings and wonder why others are late, inattentive, and unproductive.
They all seem to think being cheerful is going to wake a coworker up and magically transform their mood. Time and coffee work much better.
At least we night owls don’t insist morning people stay up late with us. We don’t force them to work (unproductively for them) late into the night.
There is a lot to be said for both types. From experience I try to do so much early in the day because I know I will burn out by early afternoon.I sometimes envy those who have a little more of a steady pace throughout the day,

I worked night shift for ten years, and have never fully recovered. I can be up at 8, but don’t really get in gear until after 2.
