We have grocery delivery in our town! (We don’t use it, it sounds a bit pretentious…but I can see it if you love to cook but can’t shop!)
Before there were cars and trains, most people spent their entire lives not traveling more than 20 miles away from the place where they were born and lived. The world must have seemed MUCH larger then.
…and yes you will want to move briskly once the velociraptors get wind of you.
