I try to recycle wherever I can. It is not hard to do and it becomes automatic after a while. I rarely have “garbage” to put out because so much of what I use is recycled. Even fruit and vegetable kitchen waste is put into my compost bin.
I bring my own sturdy cloth bags and sometimes will take the plastic one for putting out trash in and for general purpose when I need to contain something.

That one looked familiar. Was the joke, or even the strip also recycled?

Does it not bother you that the slab was not recycled, but instead it was re-used? Re-use is better than recycle.

Ace Hardware always asks if I want a bag if I only buy 1 or 2 small items. When asked, I always respond " No thanks, I have an old one at home".

Nice. Sort of a trifecta. Funny. Timely. Exemplary. Well done sir.
