I prefer GroundBeef to GroundHog. Hog – I like pulled or roasted or as a chop.

We’ve got a Nor’easter heading our way, with 14" – 16" inches predicted!! Phil will be lucky if he can see his shadow … sometime in March!!

Given the way the weather is going here in Portland, Oregon (Rain almost every day) I say we get another 6 weeks of nasty weather……

Ground hog day!? Again?

Ground Hog Day is TOMORROW…..qut bugging the critter.

Remember last year at this time when we were all looking forward to spring?

“This might take a while” – well, you do still have 24 hours…

Where I live, I don’t need a groundhog to tell me there are still 2 months of winter coming. Maybe even closer to 3 months.

May even be longer here in the frozen tundra. This is one of our longest periods of unmelted snow in years.

Be patient, he’s grinding the beans now, and the Northwest weather will supply the water.

If that groundhog was smart he’d have gone south from January till March like my grandparents use to.

Groundhog day is tomorrow Feb 2nd. he isn’t goinf to give you any false hope for an early Spring right now; you have to wait like the rest of us.

Just rip him out of the hole and say whatever you want to say about seeing his shadow or not, just like the folks in Pennsylvania.
