I once saw a moose head made of stuffed wide wale corduroy. It looked a bit like Bullwinkle. It was classic! It had much more style and appeal than a real taxidermic head.

    It looks like it’s been crossed with a sea turtle – it’s a log-ger-head.

Well there you go. A fine example of the difference between a sportsman and a hunter. Trophy vs meat.

Oddly enough, one of the “old folks” in my family – in her youth – had to eat tree bark/tree bark soup due to poverty and then later, as an adult was at a meal where venison was the main course. Venison was the preference. :-) Maybe there is a better way to prepare or a different part of tree to eat, but take that as a sample of one.

OK, between the martini and the chic fireplace, I ask this: If we call giving human traits to animals “anthropomorphism”. What do you call giving twenty first century traits to a Neolithic culture?

Glad I’m vegan; that whole process to do it right sounds like a lot of work. Had a venison sample years ago and thought it was okay. The old boy had done it on the grill. In the 5th grade a kid brought in some rabbit meat Monday morning from a weekend hunt, it tasted good, sorta like chicken.

If you like the taste of sawdust, it’s reasonable.
