Arnold was massive but it was his thing. for ‘wow’ factor Stallone had him beat in cinematic reveals. look at the early rocky films like through 4.
You’d get these great training montages but sly would have a sweat shirt or signlet on the whole time. it was only when he got in the ring was he displayed and you went ‘oh wow’ at the impressive tone he had,
“wizard”, if by beat, you mean stallone hid out in sweden teaching girls soccer while me and my generation joined or got drafted during viet nam, yet did our duty to our country, then yes, stallone “beat” a foreigner in service to their country, and made MILLIONS pretending to be a real warrior in silly B.S. movies, then yes, he “beat” arnold. what a man!!!!

I’m with Lola, actually. Muscle-bound body-builders are gross imo. A little bit of defined muscle is fine, even ideal.

Lola is trying to believe in her love for Opus-as-he-is, but “Ahr-nold” is not making it easy for her. Hence, Opus’s aside….

I’m struck that the term the “big lie” is used in this strip, decades before it was used following the 2020 election!

Watching TV and a very ripped guy removes his shirt. My wife says “Don’t feel bad honey. It is the lighting.”
I need new lights…
