I still have clothes lines in the basement from the days before we got a clothes dryer. They still come in handy for hanging cottons and delicates.

Whoever said Lupin’s hat would join him was spot on.

Can I just say how much I love how Georgia added to the original version? I adore Lupin’s eager, wonderstruck, gleeful face. And the snarky “Elvis also right” scroll. Ten out of ten today, Georgia!

I love how Lupin is holding his hat in panel 2. It reminds me of Mary Tyler Moore just before she tosses her hat in the air in the opening of The MTM Show. Lupin, you will explore it after all! (Sorry, couldn’t figure out how to include musical notes.)

If you look up at the top of the page there is a menu that I never noticed before. One of the items, REPORTERS, is chock FULL of spoilers, but the Shelter Cat special is there also.

When I was about 7 or 8, my family visited some far off relatives who had a trap door in the kitchen floor for tossing laundry downstairs to the basement. I thought that was so cool and would have loved to jump down into it. Lupin is fulfilling my childhood wish!

Lupin has his Indiana Jones outfit on! How fitting! Fortunately there wasn’t a big rock following him down the chute!
