You too seem to be managing, despite being American!

When Canadian contestants are on Jeopardy a lot of them know more about the USA than some Americans do!

Someone has to!

And, before we proceed, could you say something in Canadian?

Merci bo coo. (Figured I would take the phonetic route). That true story mentioned above doesn’t surprise me.

Why is their national symbol a maple leaf when the first word of their national anthem is clearly “Oak”?

And she says, “Merci.”

That type of xenophobic comment is one that seems to exemplify TRAITOR Trumputin’s worldview. If it not from the US, then how good can it be. There is such thing as taking ‘national pride’ too far.

Lived in Michigan for most of my life and spent a lot of time in Canada. Hate to tell you, but Canada has about the same percentage of idiots that the USA has. They however are not as brain-dead about other countries as Americans are.

English: The (or one of the) official language(s) of: UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Malta, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, India, Singapore, and many others.

It still amazes me when i here news interviews of people all around the world who can speak English when it’s not their native tongue.
