If it’s Microsoft you’re in deep trouble.

Jukeofurl, if you don’t get the reference, see:

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0094535/

It was easily one of the funniest science fiction series ever.

But is there an Android app for that also? Just as well, the Postal Service sucked the soul right out of me years ago.

    Hmmm. “Harry the Asshologram.”

Too many syllables. How about “Harry Assholo?”

I’ve been digital for years - in fact, I have twenty of them!

Actually, I like the idea in a speculative way. Maintain the equipment and the files properly and I’d waaaay outlive you poor carbon-based life forms - and have indefinitely expandable memory and functionality, too.

Odd, then, that someone at National Geographic once gave the analogy of a supercomputer being like a giant happily counting on billions of toes - very, very fast.

Once you’re digitized, you’re no longer human. You’ll have to fight for Intellectual Property Rights. You wouldn’t sell your soul anymore, but you could license it.

I couldn’t afford to be digital; I’d probably be analog.

I see at least PappyFiddle and JP Steve noticed Max Headroom and Max’s Wikipedia entry, one of the grittier dystopias, but Rimmer from Red Dwarf and the Emergency Medical Hologram from Voyager are closer, as fellow 3D holograms and not just video.

Good point Coyote! My parents are both deceased, so Google could well try to claim me as an “orphaned work!”
