So, what is so unusal about that? I did not have any chocolate so I had to use pecan pie instead. Just remember to remove the anchovies when having the pizza as leftovers.

Cold pizza for breakfast is great. Chocolate pie? I don’t think I’ve ever eaten that with any meal (several other kinds of pie, yes, but not chocolate)….

I don’t like either choice. I’ll stick with cold KFC.

Yup breakfast is usually what’s left from the main meal the night before so can range from KFC, Sunday roast, Pizza or a Bolognese sandwich, and whatever cakes/deserts that didn’t get eaten.Te one thing I have never had for breakfast is a croissant.

I pity the microwave generation who will never know cold pizza, warm stale beer from many half full bottles, and a calculus text for breakfast. Shower optional.Recommended by generations of 5th year students.

You are correct in Austin with 58 straight days of 100+ degree temp here in Austin it is not optional unless you alert through the alarm. ( if you remembered to set it in The first place. YIKES! I didn’t! )

Warm beer, cold pizza, the breakfast of champions, although with this Texas heat, it’s hard to find anything cold!

towerwarlock: way things are going tin Texas lately, a shower might soon NOT be an option. I wonder of pat Robertson has any ideas about God taking vengeance on the state that has gouged the country into oil Hell and aligned itself with then Arabs who hate his Chosen People. We might find out if we’re stupid enough to elect another one of their governors.

When my Dad worked on a threshing crew one summer in the 50s, they were fed a full meal of meat, potatoes, vegetables, cake, pie, etc. for breakfast, dinner and supper. And they needed all those calories, because they sure burned a lot each day! (12 hour work day.)

Tried it once, but then discovered a much better breakfast: oatmeal, strawberries, pineapple juice, 4 poached eggs, a banana, and three cups of green tea. Yum!

I can’t believe that Broom-Hida has given me an idea of what to have for breakfast.

@TEL; now that sounds like a really delicious breakfast. Healthful too. How many hours till you wanted something more to eat?

This strip makes me think of George Burns, who literally lived to be 100 despite a steady diet of martinis and cigars.

I’d try that, but it would probably only make my blood glucose level reach 1,500. :-/
