A gourmet chef doesn’t need any spatula, just flip in the pan.

Is losing your nose wart for a moment (2nd panel) part of Broom Holda’s gourmet magic?

We went to one of those places where they cook the meal at your table. The chef threw an egg up at the ceiling to crack the shell, it landed perfectly on the cooking surface. I told my wife I ought to try that when we get home. We’ll never know if I would have been successful.

How is the spatula one uses for stirring ingredients in a mixing bowl, and also what one uses for flipping eggs and burgers? In our kitchen a spatula stirs, a turner flips.

Should this be “bi-spatulated”? No, I guess that would mean someone has hit you with a spatula from both sides.

That egg would have to be well past over easy to be able to flip it like that. That would be like over done.
