Buckles, Garfield would like to have a word with you about that.

We once had a cat that slept all the time (as cat’s do). One day, I went over to him while he was sleeping, and hollered “Wake up, look alive, do something”.

Well, he did just that. He woke up, looked at me, hissed, and went back to sleep.

Buckles, you’re adorable!

Sometimes I disrupt my dog’s sleep, and I will say, “Did I disturb your 18-hour nap?” She just goes back to sleep. She’s almost 14; it’s allowed.

My 22 year old cat has to get in her 23.5 hours of sleep every day or she’s cranky. Never skip naps, Buckles.
