Let us be thankful that he isn’t in juvie.

I bet Calvin regrets going for the gusto in the previous strip.

Maybe it was the Noodle Incident.

He pulled the fire alarm hoping to get out of taking a test. An old junior high school prank.

No it didn’t have anything to do with those sirens at noon. It had EVERYTHING to do with those sirens at noon! What I don’t understand is if the police were called why is Calvin walking home instead of being taken home by his mother who is probably ready to wring his neck?

Calvin needs help.

Let me guess you threw a slushball at Susie and missed but it hit Miss Wormwood instead.

Don’t bother, Calvin. Hobbes has already “heard” about it!

All n a day’s work for Calvin!

I’d hate to see what trouble he’d get into as an adult.

Why is Calvin at school on December 27?

Here in Tulsa, the tornado sirens are located at the schools and every Wednesday at noon, if the weather is nice, they’re tested.

I can understand why Calvin doesn’t want to talk about it, he doesn’t want to implicate himself.

Guessing that Calvin pushed the wrong little button.

Or those two guys in the black suits and shades with that red light thingy? (I just barely recall them…)

It was some sort of incident for sure!! Calvin leads an exciting life.

There’ll be plenty of talking soon enough!

Better or worse than the infamous noodle incident?

Theories, people? Maybe he threw Susie into a hole full of nails. Or threw a rock at Moe, and the sirens were for him.
