Cathy Classics by Cathy Guisewite for January 02, 2010
Transcript:
Mom: The decorations are up. The cards are sent. The gifts are bought. Dad: The activities are planned. The menus are figured out. The lists are made. Mom: After a month of racing around, we can sit and relax, knowing that... Mom and Dad: We're finally completely ready for the holidays to begin!! Cathy: Bye, Mom and Dad. We have to go home now.
I saw the idiots out on their ladders balancing on ice today – trying to take down the decorations. Is it really that important? My tree is a white pine and it will last quite nicely for most of January, which is nice because the house always seems so empty when it comes down.
