    They do seem to be improving. Seems last year they were ready for Christmas by Valentine’s day.

    Fer Lefer, most of us in the USA keep our stuff up and our lights on until the Epiphany too, 12 days after Christmas. Some people keep it up until spring to annoy the neighbors. I particularly like those people.

    I saw the idiots out on their ladders balancing on ice today – trying to take down the decorations. Is it really that important? My tree is a white pine and it will last quite nicely for most of January, which is nice because the house always seems so empty when it comes down.
