Only Cathy could make a big deal about not making a big deal. I’m with Cathy’s mom… this one deserves an eye roll. 8-\Good morning, KFG! Jeez, I still can’t believe the nuts you have to deal with. Unless you have family nearby, you should move somewhere else where they appreciate your intelligence and talents. I thought I was running late, but I’m sure Aaron is hanging out nearby…Good morning, SillyAaron and Susan!Hello to GsMom, NotSillyBilly, gmforde, rgcviper, lindz.coop, hendelca, Mona and all the other Cathy nuts rolling around here today!Any suggestions on what to get my husband for Valentine’s day? He’s not into chocolate. He likes electronics (but has plenty) and cars (too expensive) and movies (we have a ton and I’m not sure which ones he wants).

@lightenup, you could feed him his favorite home cooking and give him a day off from the “honey do” list. Or let him hang out with his buddies for an evening. Now it’s mom’s turn to do an eyeroll. lol

Oh, gimme a break, Cathy! By saying it’s NOT a big deal . . . you’re making it into a really HUGE deal! (Wish they made a special symbol for a sarcastic eye roll just like they do for smiling, winking and frowning!)

lightenup: You and your husband still exchange Valentine’s Day presents? That’s so sweet! My husband and I gave up doing that years ago . . . right along with birthday and anniversary gifts. We still exchange gifts for Christmas but it just became too hard trying to come up with so many ideas for each other when we’ve already got everything we really need. We go out to dinner and exchange cards and that’s it. Sure, I miss getting gifts (jewelry being my favorite, of course!) but my husband is just SO hard to buy for that the burden of not having to do all that extra shopping trumps pretty much everything else! ;-)

Good evening, Aaron, Dr. Billy, lightenup, K.F.G., Susan, rgcviper, gmforde, lindz.coop, hendelca and all the rest of the Cathy fanatics joining us here today. Hope your Monday wasn’t too rough!

Hi to all Cathy-ites!! Sorry I got home late from my exciting nightlife both weekend nights and it sounds like I missed a lot!!

Sorry about the plight of the poor froggie lightenup — I hope the little ones have gotten over it.

Congratulations to KFG — but yikeos what a hassle for getting a high score on a test!! They can’t be serious (well, I know they can because I was a prof for awhile).

Missing Billy and Aaron today — me too hoping everything is alright — and loving the new “names.”

Thanks for all the ideas! @ Susan – I’m sure he’ll like yours the best. ;-) @ gmforde – You gave me an idea to send him to a movie. I bet he’d like to see the new 3D Star Wars that has come out. He really doesn’t have a “honey do” list. He acknowledges that he’s not handy around the house, so anything that I can’t do, we hire someone. He says that’s why he works, to pay someone to do the rest. Fortunately he makes enough to do that, so it works out. And he goes out enough, so we don’t really clash over that. He has a good life really.@ GsMom – Personally I would be fine with not exchanging gifts because he is so hard to buy for, but I know he bought me something so I feel like I need to get him something. I know, not very romantic, right? :-) I’m so practical, I guess.

    All in moderation, huh, Cathy?

I, too, hope to hear from Aaron and Billy soon. Chances are, they’ve just been busy with other things today.

Hello, everyone. Great to hear from you all as always.
