Argued with myself. Negotiated with myself. Dredged up past "food issue" traumas. Went back and forth and back and forth. Cathy…at least all of that ruminating helps your brain use up energy…which equals loss of weight! So, there’s success (even if it is at the molecular level!). Have an enjoyable Tuesday everyone… ;)
