Please don’t tell me that Cathy and Irving are blaming their mess on identity theft… Honestly someone could steal their identities and commit all sorts of fraud and it would probably look like normal Cathy spending.
Hello Cathy friends! Happy Wednesday! Have a great day!
Couples cannot file separately in Canada. Well, technically you can but each return must report the income of the other. So many benefits are dependent on marital status.
Another beautiful sunny day here – even got up over 10C (50F) this afternoon. Snow is melting at a reasonable rate – no flooding around here yet. However, lots of snow left. My fire pit (I don’t know why it is called a pit when it sits on the ground and sticks 2 feet in the air) is still not visible so there is at least 2 feet of snow left in the yard. There are some green spots though and the robins, which showed up this week, are able to find food. Saw a few Canada geese today so with both robins and geese I guess spring is kind of here.
Glad you’re finally getting some spring, hendelca…we’ve got crocuses, celia, and some forsythia a little south of here. All birds are back including cranes, herons, egrets, robins, red wing blackbirds. I was worried about my favorite little egret in his usual pond, but he showed up on Sunday. Our taxes are long since done and we have our checks already.

Didn’t know you could file separately. Our first year together, we owed so much. It was as if getting married was punishable by tax. :(

Well, at least they’re in this together during tax season. Whatever this is, of course …
HI, MOM. Greetings, Clan.
