Any time I feel like I missed out on the child-rearing experience, I watch one eat at a restaurant. Never, ever saw the “darling bonnet” or “adorable rattle” child. :) :) :)

I’m pretty sure that you don’t need a husband.

Cathy probably has the same problem many women like her have, the man that she wants, doesn’t want her, and the man that she can have, she doesn’t want.

Subtlety, thy name is not Cathy’s mom.
HI, MOM. Happy Sunday, Clan.

Just a teeny bit of pressure from Cathy’s mom. For Cathy that would be the wrong reason to get married.
Happy Sunday – almost Monday. Spent the day assisting the digging for the foundation for the replacement retaining wall. Concrete should be poured tomorrow and once it cures we can put the blocks back. Unfortunately with all the snow we had this winter we are in a bit of a race. The water level is rising much faster than normal and will soon be too high to work on the wall – and we have to get the wall done or suffer a lot of erosion again. We already decided that the wall in front of my property won’t be done until next spring. Ah well, did not want to do landscaping again this summer anyway.
