A friend had success doing the Whole 30 “kick start”. She said it made her feel really good by the end of the 30 days. Not sure if she continued to eat healthy as she moved away, but I guess it helps with starting anew.

I used to do the 3 day diet…it did work. I guess it was like a “kick-start”
