When I head out for my daily exercise in cool or cold weather, I figure if I’m not cold when I walk out the door, I will be drenched in sweat in a few minutes.
It’s hard to judge the weather before going out when you live in a high-rise apartment with no balcony.
Cathy, quit worrying about how long you have been keeping up to Electra and enjoy the fresh air and scenery. I am sure staying out as long as Electra wants would be a good thing for you.
