These pirates always remind me of the Candy Pirates from the old radio show called “The Cinnamon Bear” (don’t suppose anybody has heard of that. I have it on disc and still listen to it each Christmas).
Good Morning Crew,
Capt’n Crow better be careful hate to go OVERBOARD on Christmas and get a lower FICO score they might raise his PIRATE INSURANCE.
Have a great day!
GAAAARRRRRRRRRR Maties
They’re pirates! Why would they pay taxes? Maybe they’re afraid of following in Al Capone’s footsteps.
Funny about the govt and taxes. Whenever they say they’re gonna soak the rich, they end up taking more from the middle class. Probably because the rich can afford lawyers and accountants and lobbyists.
kris - You’re right! Any “luxury tax” hurts the working man worse than it does the wealthy. Who else earns their living by building or selling those luxury items? I used to work for a rich business owner. He always followed the law, but it was interesting how things were always set up to be the most advantageous tax-wise. I’m not against the rich, even though I’ve never been there myself. But the wealthy are the people who provide jobs for those of us in the “working class”.
