He wants to look cool, and feel good about it. But there are decent ways Mike!

day late and a dollar short, but RinaFarina- they’re adolescent boys. They’ll stuff anything they can find that they think might burn into that thing, and some things that won’t, to try to look cool. Not to anyone else; just each other. Peer reinforcement. And when one of them barfs, it ends there. Kid’s code.

Yeah, go to Lawrence’s place because his mom’s obviously not paying attention to Lawrence while she’s chasing after men. Kids know what’s going on.

    bluskies – it’s true! There is a kid’s code. LOL :-)

It’s unfair the kids use “Cool”. That was “My Generation“‘s word

Cool has been around since about the 50’s I guess, that’s one slang word that has never gone out of style. I wish these kids would reconsider, they are definitely going to become sick from this.

    They’re not teenagers. I believe that they’re in Grade 1 or 2.

bluskies: As BigHug said, they are not adolescents. They just graduated from Kindergarten last summer. That makes them 6 years old. They’re not even pre-adolescent yet.

I know that there is definitely a “kid code” My girls use it all the time. Every time I think I have caught on to the “code” they change it. Years of trying to catch up only to still feel so lost lol!

I tried smoking once. I’m not sure exactly how old I was at the time, but I hadn’t even entered Kindergarten yet.

My sister and I found some cigarette butts on the side of the road and thought we would see what was so cool about smoking.

I took one puff… never again!

In the 70’s a lot of things were being smoked in a lot of ways! Tobacco in a pipe would identify you as a member of the conservative intelligentsia!

    A. When did they become “adolescent” boys – I thought they were 6-year-olds and in the first grade.

    B. Time to rag on Elly (again) if she gets mad about what they are sneaking off to do.
