There should be an Empty Suit across the back of that Empty Chair… Then it would be 100% accurate. Funny, none the less!

And Obama met with them over the last three years. On the other hand, why didn’t they just get tickets to The View taping?

Super Perfect cartoon…..the Empty chair, the Empty suit, the Empty foreign policy.TV news Thursday 9/27 UN leader said Obama refused 20 foreign Leaders requests for a meeting in New York.Truman and other dead presidents must be spinning in their graves, to see such an undutiful poser of a president in office…-and such a Liar-in-Chief……US intelligence knew within 24 hours of the Benghazi attack and murder of 4 Americans that it was an affiliate of Al Qaeda and even knew the address of one of the terrorists and the White House was given that info immediately. Yet Obama in his UN speech was devoting a lot of his time to blaming the video for offending and causing the mobs and the killings. After more than a week he still is on TV “the view” saying it will be months (after the Nov.6 election) before he will know who did it. There must be some wires crossed in that man’s brain, IMO.

I’m a little surprised that folks who generally do not like the U.N. care that their president snubbed meeting leaders in the U.N.?There’s just no pleasing some.

OK, so you’re living in the past. That would explain why Oblameo is still popular even though he is, at best, just a lousy president.

King Abdullah II of Jordan (one VERY sharp dude) summed it up best for “the public”, with Jon Stewart, but he only stated the facts, which go over Varvel’s head completely.

I am a long-time critic of the UN because of 192 member-states the USA, which pays a hefty part of UN’s funds and expenses, gets only a few supporting votes on vital issues.-But as long as the US is a member and as long as it sits on US territory, and my taxes help fund the UN, I expect my government leaders to attend important meetings and to input the US values in speeches and in talks with foreign leaders.-Obama not only failed in his duty to talk with 20 leaders at the UN, he is failing his duty to take every opportunity to speak face to face with our most important ally in the Mideast, Prime Minister Netanyahu, who just today made a clear presentation of the critical threat from Iran’s nuclear program and outlined the urgent need to unite to set a “Red Line” so that Irani leadership knows the consequences from a world organization and from Israeli-American action if they continue to step 3, the final and shortest-time work period to gain the highly enriched uranium needed to finish a nuclear weapon which the clerics and the Irani president are anxious to use on Israel…..nuclear war!

King Abdullah (who is a very sharp dude) wasn’t set up with jokes and comedic points to make. Like Leno, Letterman, etc. the shows may be comedy but the guests are there for a different reason.

Thank you, Churchill. It is too bad that when GW Bush was being so gracious and helpful to Obama after the 2008 election, showing Obama everything about the White House and West Wing….Bush might have been more helpful to have a Training Manual printed up to give Obama, to enlighten him on the duties and responsibilities of a US President.-I just saw an author of a book who used a staff of researchers to hunt out facts, and estimate what the Obama four years have cost the taxpayers…..to support Barrack and Michelle in the style that they demanded….$1.3 Trillion dollars…..I’ll bet that is a new record, just as the annual deficits and the total $5.6 Trillion added to the national debt.we can’t afford 4 more years of that.

Actually, I also think the UN in its current configuration is feckless. Anti-US? Because other veto holding nations are wielding their vetos against US interests?…just as US wielded its veto against the their interests…It never was your club or their club, it’s meant to be our club. The sooner the 5 member permanent security council veto goes, the better.Anti-Semitic? There are quite a few nations that are, agreed, but I would not call all 193 nations anti-Semitic. Just because resolutions are passed that upset you doesn’t mean they’re anti-Semitic.I still say you’re being a tad hypocritical as regards the UN. You’ve found a convenient excuse to attack.Meh.
