Clayton: Dad, can I have your jerseys when you die? Adam: I don't know. I might donate them to a museum. Clayton: Huh? What museum would take them? Adam: Oh...I don't know. Maybe one in New Jersey? Clayton: Boo. And that doesn't really even make sense. Adam: The pun isn't bound by the laws of language, son. The pun roams the countryside...dishing out justice...like George Peppard. Clayton: Are you sure you always wear a helmet when you play hockey?

Just leave them to your son; I do not want to pay good money to see YOUR jerseys.

nyooman – that was quite funny. I remember wanting to be George Peppard in “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” … but then I read the Capote story I changed my mind.

Love the Peppard references. The A-Team was one of my favorite shows in the ‘80’s. Makes me wonder if this is a classic strip or currrent run.

Peppard will always be Banacek to me.

Dante.deangelo
I liked Banacek also. I’ll take it hands down over Columbo or that one starring Dennis Weaver. Banacek made you think more than the A-Team, however, there was a better supporting cast in the A-Team, a few more chuckles and a lot more action if you like that kind of thing.
