Schroedinger’s glass has to be in a box. As soon as you can observe it, its state becomes either half full or half empty.

It depends whether you’re drinking from it or pouring in to it.
The contents of the glass depends on its initial status: was it filled to to the top, and then emptied by half? Or, was it filled only halfway?
