McDonald’s has those now. We use them to reward the kids for concentrating on their homework- ironic, since they can’t concentrate at all after the reward.
As kids we always had coffee syrup to put in milk. Parents assumed kids meant coffee milk when we said we where drinking coffee. The other stuff distract from the flavor anyway. Last run I made to Cranston I picked up a gallon of the syrup for the kids,

Those are (sans sprinkles) “Ice Cap Supreme” at Tim Horton’s. I suggest anyone who lives within 500 miles of Tim Horton’s to go try one.

My dad would put spoonfuls of his iced coffee into our milk in the summer as a treat. We loved that coffee-flavored milk!
