Get over it Marigold. This is Halloween. Horrific costumes are cool. Phoebe would not make a very good horse. Horses are just too good natured. Death and the Lone Ranger! Seems to read okay to me.

Phoebe’s father is something like Han Solo and Chewbacca fused together. Is he not?

Death? I would have thought Pestilence would be more appropriate for Phoebe

I wonder how a Silver costume would look. Typical horse costumes require two people, one to be the head and the other to be the rear.

I know I saw it and still it was super funny. We all said it, it happened and it just looks amazingly funny. Marigold as a cowboy.

I think Phoebe turned down that Lone star offer earlier.

My favorite Far Side cartoon: Caption reads “The Lone Ranger, long since retired, makes an unpleasant discovery.” …And the aging Ranger, reading from an Apache-English Dictionary: “Oh, here it is! Kimo sabe – Apache expression for a horse’s rear. What the hey?”…This will be a lot easier once I figure out how to link pictures to GoComics….

I don’t know why but I’ve always liked that “…wait, what?” line Phoebe uses in the last panel (when used correctly and not over-used). Loved it when it appeared in Ozy & Millie and I still like it here. :-)
