I’ve seen steaks that tough.Not a kidney fan though. People pee through that.
Could of used those on the pork chops my Mom made us back in the late ’50’s !!!
Mmmm. Steak and kidney pie. I used to love a brand of canned S&K pie that was imported in the ’60s. I may have to order some online.
