    If you write the date European style, today is 12/11/12. Think of something unusual to do at 12:11 today. The mark your calender so you can forever brag about what you did at 12:11 on 12/11/12.Don’t panic if you cannot think of anything. You can try again next month. By using the American style, there will be another 12:11 12/11/12 moment. Brain storm and think of something to do the next day at 12:12 when it will be 12:12 12/12/12. Hmmmm – eat a dozen of servings of your favorite food?(Obsessive compulsive meal: It must start at 12:12 PM. There must be a dozen of each food on the plate and the foods must not touch each other…)

    Day-Month-Year, yes it is. America does it the wrong way, with putting the month first.

    I find it more confusing why the dd-mm format was used in the strip, but then the strip was dated in mm-dd format.

    The fun things geeks notice. :-)

    @happyathome US Military dates are yyyymmdd
