If he likes Texas, get hats for THESE known teams: Texas State Bobcats, Texas Tech Red Raiders, Texas A&M Aggies, UTSA Roadrunners, or the UTEP Miners.

My younger daughter went to UNT in Denton. Go, MEAN GREENS! (Had to look that one up.) Also went to Univ. of Miami in FL. Sometimes the Hurricanes do well enough to be the only winning team left among our almae matres (had to look that pluralization, too).

Like, Pig, I’ve always liked cows. They are delicious!  And so is Pig… and Goat. Rat, not so much (I think).

Uh, oh. Pastis is screwed now. U-T is pit bull aggressive about commercial uses of their logo and even that particular shade of orange. They sue even tiny businesses, just for using a similar longhorn shape in another color. When we start seeing jokes about the crocs being Texas A&M graduates, we’ll know who owns the strip then.

football is a religion in texas. first is the dallas cowboys, then the houston texans, then the texas longhorns, texas a&m aggies, texas tech, houston, smu, baylor, then, their local high schools. so, all weekend long, football is everywhere. friday nights(high schools), saturday afternoons(college), and sunday(nfl).
