Snoring is a warning sign of health problems. Please check your TV and take whatever drug the pharmaceutical companies are peddling for it. Side effects of these drugs may include dizziness, constipation, diarrhea. headache, backache, muscle spasms, possible heart attack and low sperm count, but at least you won’t be snoring anymore.
had sleep apnea and was a loud snorer … woke myself up at times … had gastric bypass surgery and a side effect of losing all the weight was my snoring almost went away … now my MIL is one of the worst … she sounds like a grizzly bear choking on a great white shark while gargling nails and chewing on a chalkboard.
My dad could fall asleep anywhere, any time of day (I think my sibs and I also are afflicted). The last time I heard him snoring, it was louder than hell and took me three snores before I realized he’d had a heart attack.
Apnea is a very serious condition. My husband was always ver tired until i notice he would stop breathing often and long intervals during the night, enough to get me very worry. He went for sleep deprivation test and we learned he stopped at least 68 tiimes an hour all nightlong Now he sleep with a machine, he is rested, higher spirit, better congnitive functions and…he stop snoring. … I slept better too now. Much better! I never notice how much his problem had an impact on my life. If you snore, ask your doctor to check for apnea!. It’s life changing!
as part of the prep work before I had my GP surgery, I had an overnight sleep apnea test and confirmed i had it … they tried a CPAP machine on me but I could not handle it – case of claustrophobia made me feel like I was suffocating when I had the breathing cup on my face … even if they tried a nose-cup only, didn’t work for me so I did without … found out later when I was in recovery from the laproscopic surgery, they put a breathing mask on me and later told me that I was coming out of anesthesia and I reached up and took it off … they tried to put it back on and said I kept saying “I’m drowning, I’m drowning …” very weird and I don’t remember a thing about it.

My Dad was a champion snorer. My Mother insisted that he was doing it on purpose.
