Scott looks like a headache sufferer in an Anacin commercial. He shouldn’t feel too bad, though — no one could score on so tiny a basket. (I’m sure everyone has been eagerly awaiting my first complaint of the season on that issue. I know, I know, I’m beating a dead horse.)

A highschool with a backboard mounted video camera cool! Should make for some good replays.

Scott isn’t feeling it in p3 because that budding unicorn he is sprouting is giving him a headache.

Milford can’t lose. Gil is wearing his lucky jacket he bought back in 1967.

Cougars, stifling defense, bonking….Great Scott has a lot to process in addition to random thoughts of Jay-Bird. Surely Kazaroni has a piece of Gatorade gum for the young gunner.

How many games will it takes before Gil snaps him out of his depression and he starts draining 3’s to lead them to the (almost) playdowns?

No good on defense, either. Teammates call him “Personal” Fowler.

Western’s walking wounded also needs All Sport, The Ice-O-Tonic drink. Praying for a good showing. Your Bearettes are in Queen of the Bluegrass Final.

Scott hears little Jaybird saying," You’re my brudda, you shoudda looked afta me." Here comes Eva “Mia” Saint to step in and save the day and the season. On a more serious note there’s nothing like hard physical exertion to help deal with grief. So basketball and Mia should do the trick.
